- The app itself does not collect or store any personal data from users.
- The app stores all settings, including playlists, exclusively locally on the TV set / Android device.
- The app transmits the following requests/data anonymously to one of the provider’s database servers:
- Search queries for radio stations, countries, regions, and tags/genres,
- Queries regarding whether the data for radio stations in the user’s playlists has changed,
- Information regarding which radio station is being played or could not be played (max. 1 time per station per day), and
- information regarding instances where a logo could not be loaded (max. 1 time per station per day).
- When accessing the database, the server may additionally store IP addresses.
- Usage-based data is not shared by the provider with third parties and is deleted after 8 days at the latest.
- The collection of this data cannot be disabled, as it is essential for the operation of the app and is used exclusively for the following purposes:
- To sort the stations in the search results in a usage-based order,
- To detect and repair broken links to radio streams and radio logos as quickly as possible,
- Monitoring the functionality and performance of the services, and
- Detecting and preventing misuse of the database and attempts to manipulate the usage-based station order.
- The app may use Google Play Integrity to ensure the app’s security and prevent misuse, fraud, and unauthorized access, which allows Google Play to collect data about the device and the app.
